Proper preparation allows our technicians to access all necessary areas where roaches hide, nest, and travel. Items left on floors, walls, or inside cabinets may block treatment and reduce effectiveness. Roach treatment success depends heavily on customer preparation and infestation severity.

Preparation is required in all affected areas, including:
Kitchen
Empty all cupboards and cabinets
Clear countertops (top and bottom access required)
Move items away from walls and baseboards
Remove items from window sills
Place belongings on a table and cover with plastic or a blanket
Bathroom
Empty all cabinets and closets
Move items away from walls and corners
Use the bathtub for temporary storage if needed
Hallways
Move furniture or items leaning against walls
Ensure access behind all furniture
Living Room
Clear all corners
Move furniture away from walls to allow baseboard treatment
Bedrooms
If infested, clear space along all walls
Floors (All Areas)
Pick up clothes, shoes, toys, and personal items
Keep walkways completely clear

Initial treatment: Stay out for 3–4 hours
All Follow-up treatments: Stay out for 1–2 hours
Do not re-enter until all treated surfaces are completely dry.

After every roach treatment:
Wash all exposed dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and pet dishes with warm, soapy water
Ensure treated surfaces are dry before placing items back
Follow all after-treatment recommendations sent before your next service

Our roach treatment begins with an initial service, followed by a series of required follow-up treatments. The number of follow-up visits depends on several factors, including:

Complete roach eradication requires multiple treatments. The initial treatment is only the starting point. Follow-up treatments are essential because roach eggs continue to hatch, and newly hatched nymphs continue to shed and mature between services. These follow-up visits allow us to continually eliminate active roaches and disrupt the life cycle.
The success of your roach eradication depends on consistent follow-up treatments and full compliance with preparation and after-treatment instructions.

Important Health Notice:
🚨 Individuals with COPD, breathing difficulties, or those using supplemental oxygen must vacate the home during treatment and remain out until all treated surfaces are fully dry.
