Roach Treatment Inconvenience Fee Policy

At Causey’s Pest Control, we are committed to providing effective and timely pest control services. To ensure the success of your roach treatment, proper preparation is required prior to our arrival.

Customer Responsibility

The homeowner is responsible for completing all required preparation steps before the scheduled service. Following both the pre-treatment and post-treatment guidelines is essential for achieving the best results.

Appointment Confirmation

All services are confirmed at the time of booking and again the day before the scheduled appointment. By confirming your appointment, you acknowledge and agree to complete all required preparations.

Inconvenience Fee

If our technician arrives at the scheduled time and the required preparations have not been completed, we reserve the right to charge a $65 inconvenience fee.

Reason for the Fee

This fee is necessary because:

• Our service schedule is carefully planned in advance.
• Time slots are reserved specifically for each customer.
• Traveling to a home that is not properly prepared prevents us from assisting other customers.
• The fee helps offset lost time, labor, and operational costs.

By confirming your appointment, you acknowledge and accept this policy and understand that the inconvenience fee may apply if preparation requirements are not met
