Outdoor Tick Treatment

This service specifically targets ticks in your yard, focusing on the areas where ticks are most likely to live and spread. In addition, the treatment helps reduce mosquito numbers by targeting adult mosquitoes in the immediate vicinity.

Mosquito Reduction

It’s important to note that mosquitoes are aerial insects, which makes complete elimination unrealistic. However, with consistent treatments and proper source reduction, we can significantly reduce mosquito activity around your home.

Treatment Includes

• Misting under shrubbery and dense foliage
• Treating along fence lines and shaded areas
• Treating around the perimeter of the residence
• Targeting areas known to harbor ticks and mosquitoes

Important Service Limitations & What to Expect

This service does not include chiggers and does not involve ground or soil treatments. Our treatments are performed through misting foliage, shrubbery, and fence lines only. We do not treat the ground.

Because we do not apply product directly into the soil, insects such as chiggers or ticks already living in the ground are not treated. When soil or grass is disturbed by mowing, walking, pets, or wildlife. These insects may temporarily come to the surface. This is normal and does not indicate treatment failure.

Why We Use a Misting Process

Our misting method is intentional and effective for ticks. Ticks naturally climb into tall grass, shrubs, and foliage and wait for a host. When they sense heat, vibration, or carbon dioxide, they transfer onto clothing, people, or animals from these elevated surfaces.

By targeting:

• Shrubbery and dense foliage
• Fence lines and shaded areas

we intercept ticks where they actively seek hosts, rather than in the soil where treatments are far less effective for long-term control.

Ticks are often reintroduced into yards by wildlife and roaming animals such as deer, raccoons, stray cats, dogs, and rodents. Even a well-treated yard can be reinfested over time.
