After your one-time termite treatment, our annual Annual Re-inspection & Renewal service allows us to return each year to do an inspection. During this service, we perform a very thorough inspection of your property, which includes:

• Inspecting the perimeter and foundation of your home for any signs of termite activity.
• Crawling the crawlspace (if accessible) to check for mud tubes, damage, or moisture issues that may attract termites.
• Inspecting the basement and other vulnerable areas for new signs of termite activity.
• Identifying any potential changes around your home that may compromise the barrier, such as soil disturbance or wood-to-soil contact.
• Extend your warranty coverage for another 12 months, ensuring your investment stays protected.
• Annual Re-Inspection Form: After completing the inspection, we will provide you with the inspection form.

If we find any termite activity during this inspection, we provide free spot treatments as part of your active warranty renewal. This comprehensive approach ensures your original treatment continues to protect your home effectively year after year.
