No Contracts, No Cancellation Fees
When you sign up for our recurring pest control service we won’t lock you into a binding contract. We won’t charge any cancellation fees if you decide to discontinue our services. We believe that our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction will naturally keep you as a satisfied customer.
We value open communication with our clients. If you ever decide to stop any of our recurring services, we simply ask that you inform us. This helps us manage your account effectively, ensuring you won’t receive unnecessary service confirmations in the future.
Flexibility, Accountability and Cancellation of Recurring Services.
Please be aware that Causey’s Pest Control retains the right to cancel services for any reason we deem necessary. The following are specific grounds for the cancellation of quarterly recurring services:
- Frequent Rescheduling Without Response: If the need to reschedule services arises frequently and we do not receive a response or communication regarding these changes, we may consider this as a basis for potential service cancellation. Effective communication is vital to ensuring the smooth delivery of our services and accommodating your needs.
- Entire Service Skipping: If you skip an entire scheduled service without any prior arrangement or notice, this may be considered a valid reason for service cancellation. Each service appointment is an essential component of our pest control program, and missing one can disrupt the effectiveness of our treatments.
- Other Deemed Necessary Reasons: Beyond the specific scenarios mentioned, we reserve the right to cancel services for any other reasons we find necessary. Our primary concern is to maintain the quality and consistency of pest control services to ensure your property remains pest-free.
Please keep in mind that open and transparent communication is crucial, and we value the cooperation of our clients. However, in the event of situations that affect the overall quality and effectiveness of our services, we may need to take appropriate actions, including service cancellation, as we work together to address your pest control needs.
If, after cancellation of your recurring services, you wish to restart them in a few months, you will be required to pay the initial start price of $175 and then $90 for subsequent services.

We extend this protection to those clients who desire a combination of indoor and outdoor treatments at the same cost. We recognize that not everyone can accommodate indoor treatments due to extended absences or scheduling conflicts. That’s why we offer the outdoor treatment option – a strategic solution that allows us to maintain your pest protection by treating the perimeter of your home, even when indoor treatments are not feasible. This ensures your recurring services stay on schedule and your home remains pest-free. By opting for the outdoor treatment, you can avoid service gaps, ensuring that you continue to benefit from our complimentary additional service between scheduled treatments. In the event you encounter any indoor pest-related issues, our team will promptly return to address them at no extra charge.
However, should you decide to skip a service, it’s important to note that the protective effects of the products applied around your house will gradually diminish. In such cases, your account may be subject to cancellation, and pests may find their way inside your home, necessitating further pest control services. In these circumstances, we regrettably cannot extend our warranties, and you would be required to initiate a new recurring service with us at our current initial start price.
