No Contracts, No Cancellation Fees
When you sign up for any of our recurring Pest Control services, we won’t lock you into a binding contract. We won’t charge any cancellation fees if you decide to discontinue our services. We believe that our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction will naturally keep you as a satisfied customer.
Payment Options:
Payments for services are due upon the provision of the service. In most cases, we require a credit/debit card on file. When customers will not be home on their day of service, we request that you either leave a check/cash or make an online or in-person payment on the day of service or before. This policy is implemented to minimize the occurrence of late unpaid invoices and to prevent customers from incurring unnecessary late fees.
Flexibility, Accountability and Cancellation of Recurring Services.
Please be aware that Causey’s Pest Control retains the right to cancel services for any reason we deem necessary. The following are specific grounds for the cancellation of quarterly recurring services:
- Frequent Rescheduling Without Response: If the need to reschedule services arises frequently and we do not receive a response or communication regarding these changes, we may consider this as a basis for potential service cancellation. Effective communication is vital to ensuring the smooth delivery of our services and accommodating your needs.
- Entire Service Skipping: If you skip an entire scheduled service without any prior arrangement or notice, this may be considered a valid reason for service cancellation. Each service appointment is an essential component of our pest control program, and missing one can disrupt the effectiveness of our treatments.
- Other Deemed Necessary Reasons: Beyond the specific scenarios mentioned, we reserve the right to cancel services for any other reasons we find necessary. Our primary concern is to maintain the quality and consistency of pest control services to ensure your property remains pest-free.
If, after the cancellation of your recurring services, you wish to restart services in the future, you would be required to initiate a new recurring service with us at our current initial start price and current recurring service price.

Applicable for Bi-Monthly, Monthly, Quarterly, Twice Yearly, and any recurring services.
Here at Causey’s Pest Control, we use the latest integrated pest management services and techniques to treat your property to determine the best treatment and solution for your home and business. We offer indoor treatments for your living spaces and robust outdoor solutions to create a protective barrier. We might not need to treat certain areas and locations if deemed unnecessary or if weather conditions prohibit us. We will not treat outside or inside depending on what we see, and you’re still covered between services if there are any issues.
Rainy day or not at home during service? No problem! We adapt to treat inside or fortify your property outside, ensuring uninterrupted protection. Our guarantee is solid: if pests sneak in between services, we’ll come back at no extra cost. Your satisfaction is our priority. Have questions or concerns? Reach out anytime. Service Schedules:
We will be sending confirmations a day before your service, and depending on your situation, we can go ahead and treat either inside, outside, or both.
Late Fees
If an invoice remains unpaid and becomes overdue for more than 30 days, a $25 late fee will be applied, with an additional $25 for each subsequent month until the outstanding balance is settled. Intentionally unpaid invoices may be submitted to a collection agency at Causey’s Pest Control’s discretion.
Transparent Communication
We value open communication with our clients. If you ever decide to stop any of our recurring services, we simply ask that you inform us. This helps us manage your account effectively, ensuring you won’t receive unnecessary service confirmations in the future.
