At Causey’s Pest Control and Termite LLC, we prioritize consistent service for effective pest control without contracts or cancellation fees. Clients must attend scheduled appointments without skipping any services, though rescheduling is allowed until the fourth month. Skipping a service is like missing six months of protection and may lead to cancellation. Reinstating services after cancellation requires payment of our current initial start price, followed by our recurring price. This policy ensures continuity of pest control while offering flexibility to our valued clients.

We will not treat outside or inside depending on what we see, and you’re still covered between services if there are any issues.

Cancellation Policy
We value open communication and understand that circumstances may change. If you wish to discontinue our service, please inform us in advance. We’ll promptly cancel all future recurring services and ensure you are not bothered with service confirmations.
Service Callbacks
We offer free callbacks between services if you encounter any pest-related issues. However, multiple callbacks may incur an additional fee to cover extra service visits.
Scheduling and Confirmation
We’ll schedule your services at regular intervals, and our team will reach out to you before each appointment for confirmation. This ensures that we can plan the service according to your convenience and our technicians’ schedules.
Payment Policy
Payments for services are due upon the provision of the service. In most cases, we require a credit/debit card on file. When customers will not be home on their day of service, we request that you either leave a check/cash or make an online or in-person payment on the day of service or before. This policy is implemented to minimize the occurrence of late unpaid invoices and to prevent customers from incurring unnecessary late fees.
To maintain the quality of our service, we have a late payment policy in place.
