Cancellation Policy
We value open communication and understand that circumstances may change. If you wish to discontinue our service, please inform us in advance. We’ll promptly cancel all future recurring services and ensure you are not bothered with service confirmations.
Service Callbacks
We offer free callbacks between services if you encounter any pest-related issues. However, multiple callbacks may incur an additional fee to cover extra service visits.
Scheduling and Confirmation
We’ll schedule your services at regular intervals, and our team will reach out to you before each appointment for confirmation. This ensures that we can plan the service according to your convenience and our technicians’ schedules.
Payment Policy
We accept card payments both online and on-site, including cash and check payments. Please note that card payments incur a 3.5% processing fee. Similar to our other services, payment is required upon service completion or before if the customer is not at home. Customers have the option to pay upfront before we commence the services to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.
To maintain the quality of our service, we have a late payment policy in place.
