3. No Contracts, No Hassles At Causey’s Pest Control, we understand that life can be unpredictable, and your pest control needs might change over time. That’s why we don’t believe in binding contracts. You have the freedom to cancel our service at any time without worrying about early cancellation fees. Just let us know when you want to discontinue, and we’ll take care of the rest. This way, you won’t receive any unnecessary schedule confirmation messages or calls, and we’ll halt any recurring services promptly.

4. No Cancellation Fees Thanks to our no contract policy, we do not impose any cancellation fees. We believe that our customers should have the liberty to make decisions that suit them best without any financial burden.

5. Our Commitment to Service Quality While we strive to deliver the best pest control solutions, we also hold the right to cancel any services or accounts for any reason. This is to maintain the integrity of our work and ensure we provide a high level of service to all our customers.

6. Service Cancellation Policy We value open communication with our clients. If you happen to skip two consecutive services (6 months), we will automatically cancel the service. However, we encourage you to inform us in advance if you encounter any issues or need to reschedule services. Due to our no-contract policy, you have the freedom to cancel your service at any time, and if you ever wish to restart the service, you can do so at your convenience. The reactivation of the service will begin with the most updated initial price that we offer.

7. Late Payment Policy At Causey’s Pest Control and Termite LLC, we require payment upon service for all our services. We offer the flexibility to accept payment in advance or send invoices after every job. However, as we provide services, we also expect prompt payment in return to keep our operations running smoothly. To ensure timely payments, we have a late payment policy in place. If an account becomes fifteen (15) days past due, we will apply a late fee of $10. If the account remains unpaid and unresponsive for 30 days, we may involve a Credit and Collection Agency to recover the outstanding payment. For accounts that reach sixty (60) days past due, we reserve the right to cancel the account and engage an attorney for collection or legal action, with the owner responsible for attorney fees. We value our customers and aim to provide exceptional service.
